I've been having troubles keeping the question words and such seperated. I found an awesome chart that I think studying it will help. I'm only reproducing my recreation of the table here as the site has a copywrite notice, and I thus don't want to go afoul of fair use.
That said the website has excellent descriptions and explanations of Esperanto's correlatives. A similar
chart can be found on Wikipedia.
